Car Donations are Easy and Hassle Free
That old car sitting in your driveway does not need to continue to be an eyesore with all of the charitable organizations currently seeking car donations. These groups will arrange for the pick-up and towing of vehicles that are in working order or even those not running at all. They take the vehicle and title and deliver the donated car to an auction or salvage yard. The donor gets to enjoy the satisfaction of a charitable donation to a deserving agency and also to be rid of a vehicle they no longer need or want. At this time, the Internal Revenue Service allows a $500 tax deduction to be taken for all donated vehicles. The charity that receives the car will send the donor documentation for their records.
